It takes on the responsibility for selling your property’s rooms, under a guaranteed sum assured to you. In essence:

• Royal Crown will take responsibility for the complete room inventory of the property.

• Royal Crown will be solely responsible for selling the rooms.

• The payment for the rooms to you will be pre-agreed between you and Royal Crown.

• Royal Crown pays all municipality fees against Room revenue generated.

• Royal Crown will take responsibility for the complete room inventory of the property.

• Royal Crown will be solely responsible for selling the rooms.
